If a philosophy of &#8220;people helping people&#8221; fits with your personal philosophy, we&#8217;re the place for you!<\/p><h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Responsibilities<\/h6><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Achieve individual target on daily, weekly &amp; monthly basis set by respective Department<\/li><li>Ensure smooth business operation at Agent Banking Centre maintaining compliance<\/li><li>Follow up day to day activities of Agent Banking Centre and being in touch with Head office regarding any instruction\/circular\/guideline<\/li><li>Rapport build up with local potential customers to promote financial literacy<\/li><li>Ensure proper service provided to each and every customers as par bank policy<\/li><li>Collect and complete applications with all required documents from good and prospective Agent<\/li><\/ul><h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Educational Requirements<\/h6><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Public Relations, Journalism or related field.<\/li><\/ul><h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience Requirements<\/h6><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>At least 1 year(s)<\/li><li>Freshers are also encouraged to apply.<\/li><\/ul><h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Requirements<\/h6><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Age at most 28 years<\/li><li>Both males and females are allowed to apply<\/li><li>The applicants should have experience in Banks or Financial Institutions<\/li><\/ul><h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compensation &amp; Other Benefits<\/h6><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Festival Bonus: 2<\/li><li>As per policy of the Bank<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"background-color:#dee2e6;color:#dee2e6\"\/><h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Process*<\/h6><p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#6c6c73\">Applications must be submitted through the mentioned link on the page by clicking on Apply Button.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All applicants must send a cover letter along with an updated CV (we encourage CV no longer than four pages) in English.<\/li><li>Mentioning three referees&#8217; details of your present supervisor and HR along with past employment&#8217;s supervisor with CV.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Note<\/strong><em><strong>:<\/strong> Applications sent by email will not be considered.
